通过对试件在激光与材料非熔凝作用下动态变形过程的实时测量及光斑中心处横截面的金相分析 ,得知激光弯曲变形是热应变和相变共同作用的结果 .试验结果表明 :激光弯曲变形的大小和方向取决于材料吸收的能量、材料特性和材料的厚度 ,并给出了这些影响因素的变化规律 .研究结果进一步完善了激光弯曲的变形机理 ,并为进一步研究激光弯曲过程奠定了基础
Through the real-time measurement of the dynamic deformation process of the specimen under non-fusion of the laser and the material and the metallographic analysis of the cross-section at the center of the spot, the laser bending deformation is the result of the joint action of thermal strain and phase transformation.
