性能优异的非晶态金属和合金是用急冷凝固技术制取的。八十年代开始,已由实验室研制发展到工业生产阶段,世界先进国家正在致力于非晶材料连续生产技术的开发。本文介绍了冶金部钢铁研究总院在“六五”期间研制的50kg级容量的三包单辊静压牵引式非晶宽带连续生产设备及其工艺技术;论述了设备的特点与主要技术参数以及连续喷制大容量宽100mm非晶带在设备和工艺方面的技术关键及解决措施;报道了在技术攻关中经过120多次喷带试验已稳定地喷制成功近40kg重100mm宽的铁镍基非晶合金带材,喷带成功率达70%以上的重大进展。
Excellent performance of amorphous metals and alloys are prepared by rapid solidification technology. Since the 1980s, it has been developed from a laboratory to an industrial production stage. Advanced countries in the world are devoting themselves to the development of continuous production technologies for amorphous materials. This paper introduces the three-package single-roll hydrostatic traction amorphous broadband continuous production equipment and process technology developed by the Iron and Steel Research Institute of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry during the “Sixth Five-Year Plan” period of 50kg class capacity; discusses the characteristics of the equipment and the main technical parameters as well as Continuous spraying of large capacity wide 100mm amorphous belt in the equipment and technology aspects of the technology and solutions; reported in the technical research after more than 120 spray test has been successfully sprayed nearly 40kg weight 100mm wide iron-nickel base Amorphous alloy strip, with a success rate of more than 70% of the major progress.
