我们对用电镀立方氮化硼砂轮磨制“硬齿面齿轮”的新工艺,在理论上作了推导,并证实是可行的。对于钻头、立铣刀、铰刀等高速钢小刀具,若能采用此种砂轮加工,估计会得到较大的经济效益。一、立方氮化硼砂轮的结构及特点1、结构这种砂轮是在钢制基体上均匀地镀敷一层立方氮化删微粒,由电解质锭将微粒牢牢地包嵌在砂轮基体上(见示意图)。
