试用不同除爆方法降低国产左旋炔诺孕酮硅胶(CLA)皮下埋植棒的“爆破效应”,结果显示:经与95%乙醇搅拌30min再置37±0.5℃浸泡15h处理,具有良好除爆效果。皮下埋植棒体外20d释放量进口品NorplantI型为57.6μg/d,CLA除爆前后分别为73.3μg/d和52.3μg/d,有显著差异(P<0.05)
