目的观察芬舒雅(Fancia)吸入治疗改善微循环障碍的即刻效应及协同效应。方法60例心脑血管疾病患者进行治疗前后甲襞微循环对比检测与分组比较,用田牛加权积分法评定。结果1治疗后微循环各项积分值改善迅速、显著,尤以血流速度、血管充盈度及毛细血管管径改善更显著(均P<0.001~0.01);2芬舒雅单独治疗组(22例)与芬舒雅联合治疗组(38例)、高血压组(11例)与高血压合并冠心病组(14例)及心脑血管病组(42例)与非心脑血管病组(18例)组间比较,疗效无显著差异(均P>0.05)。结论芬舒雅改善微循环疗效确切,即刻效应明显,其作用无特异性,与其他增强心血管功能药物有协同效应,可作为防治心脑血管病的药物及非心脑血管疾病的辅助治疗药物。
Objective To observe the immediate and synergistic effects of inhalation therapy with Fancia to improve microcirculatory disturbance.
