在渤海大位移水平井射孔完井的实践中,首次进行了水平井TCP作业,同时在最大井深4690m,最大井斜86°,最大水平位移3697m的情况下,经过前期研究和科学论证,采用水平井下入工具的下入技术、校深技术、油层保护完井液技术、正压差射孔技术、压力延迟点火技术,解决了歧口17-2地区油藏埋深浅、地层疏松、容易出砂的问题,并合理确定了射孔长度,解决了井下作业安全问题,不仅圆满完成了863—820—09课题的研究任务,而且为渤海今后在大位移水平井中进行TCP射孔及完井作业,在“十五”期间发展大位移水平井钻完井技术提供了的经验。
