针对交直流互联背景下华东电网将面临的调频问题,参照华东四省一市涉网机组一次调频关键参数的实际设置条件,结合“7.5直流闭锁故障”中系统频率响应的实测波形,给出了华东电网频率仿真的一般性原则。并以该原则为基础,对淮沪特高压交流输电示范工程投产后送端机组失却及直流同时闭锁故障进行了仿真分析。该仿真结论将为华东电网预估淮沪特高压故障后的系统频率特性,编制电网事故预案,提供了决策依据。
According to the actual setting conditions of the key parameters of the primary frequency modulation in the four provinces and one municipality in East China and the actual measured waveforms of the system frequency response in “7.5 DC blocking fault”, aiming at the frequency modulation problems to be faced by East China Power Grid in the background of AC and DC interconnection, Out of the East China Power Grid frequency simulation of the general principles. On the basis of this principle, the simulation of the loss of transmission units and the simultaneous unblocking failure of DC transmission was carried out after the Huai-Hu UHV AC transmission demonstration project was put into operation. The simulation conclusion will provide the decision-making basis for Huadong Power Grid to estimate the system frequency characteristics after Huai UHV failure.
