企业竞争的根本是人才竞争,农业企业要想提高企业竞争力,须拥有能满足农业企业需求的人才。笔者以60家农业企业为样本,通过对农业企业人才需求的调查,分析农业企业的人才需求情况,建议农业企业从外部招聘和内部培训两方面着手来优化企业人力资源。通过外部招聘吸收高素质人才,为企业注入新鲜血液,传播和树立企业形象;通过内部培训提高企业竞争力、增强企业凝聚力,而且培训也是解决人才缺乏的有效措施。
Enterprise competition is the fundamental talent competition, agricultural enterprises in order to improve their competitiveness, must have to meet the needs of agricultural enterprises personnel. Based on the survey of 60 agricultural enterprises, the author analyzes the needs of agricultural enterprises through the investigation of the needs of agricultural enterprises. It is suggested that agricultural enterprises should optimize the human resources of enterprises from the aspects of external recruitment and internal training. Through external recruitment to absorb high-quality personnel, inject new blood into the enterprise, disseminate and establish corporate image; through internal training to enhance their competitiveness and enhance their cohesion, and training is also an effective measure to solve the shortage of qualified personnel.
