[目的]为了选择适于防治苜蓿盲蝽的高效低毒药剂,采用室内毒力和田间试验相结合的方法评价了苯甲酰基脲类杀虫剂对苜蓿盲蝽的种群控制作用。[结果]室内试验结果表明:处理96 h后,氟铃脲与氟啶脲对试虫的LC50值分别为25.77、18.09 mg/L。田间试验结果表明:使用5%氟铃脲乳油、5%氟啶脲乳油1500 mL/hm2,7 d后对苜蓿盲蝽防治效果为97.21%、96.56%。[结论]苯甲酰基脲类杀虫剂对天敌的友好性和人畜的安全性,结合本研究结果,该类药剂防治苜蓿盲蝽方面具有广阔前景。
[Objective] The purpose of this study was to evaluate the population control effect of benzoylurea insecticides on Lygus nematodes in order to choose an efficient and low toxicity agent suitable for controlling Lygus australis. [Result] The results of laboratory tests showed that the LC50 values of hexaflumuron and chlorfluazuron to the test insects were 25.77 and 18.09 mg / L after 96 h treatment respectively. The results of field trials showed that the control effect of Lygus albiflorus was 97.21% and 96.56% with 5% hexaflumuron EC and 5% chlorfluazuril at 1500 mL / hm 2 for 7 d. [Conclusion] The friendlyness of benzoylurea insecticides to natural enemies and the safety of human and livestock, combined with the results of this study, have broad prospects for the prevention and control of these chemicals in the field of.
