Nearly 20 years, our hospital received a total of 5 cases of testicular necrosis after vasectomy infection, all lead to necrotic orchidectomy. Now report and review the literature for discussion. Clinical data The group of 5 patients, aged 24 to 35 years, mean 29.5 years.
