前言二滩水电站位于雅砻江下游米易县境内,控制集水面积116400公里~2,距雅砻江河口约33公里。二滩水电站施工导流采用一期全河床断流,土石围堰,两岸隧洞导流方式。导流设计洪水标准采用三十年一遇,相应洪峰流量13500米~3/秒;保堰标准采用五十年一遇,相应洪峰流量14600米~3/秒。二滩工程规模巨大,施工围堰高达60米,设计第一台机组投产的施工工期长达10年(包括准备工期二年)。加之河谷狭窄,施工场地沿河分散,因此为了确保施工及下游人民生命财产安全,做好施工期水文情报、预报工作至关重要。本文在简介雅砻江暴雨洪水特性的基础上,着重论述雅砻江主要暴雨区泸宁~小得石河段的洪水特性及其预报方案的研究。
Foreword Ertan Hydropower Station is located in the lower reaches of Yalong River Miyi County, control of catchment area of 116400 km ~ 2, about 33 km from the Yalong River estuary. Ertan Hydropower Station construction diversion using a whole bed flow, earth cofferdam, cross-strait tunnel diversion. The diversion design flood standard is adopted once every 30 years, and the corresponding flood peak flow is 13500m ~ 3 / s. The standard of weir is 50 years, and the corresponding flood peak flow is 14,600m ~ 3 / s. Ertan project huge scale, construction cofferdam up to 60 meters, the first unit designed to put into operation the construction period of up to 10 years (including the preparation period of two years). Coupled with the narrow valley, the construction sites are scattered along the river. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of life and property of the construction and people downstream, it is very important to do a good job in hydrological information and forecast during construction. Based on the brief introduction of storm flood characteristics of Yalong River, this paper focuses on the flood characteristics and forecasting schemes of Luding ~ Xiaodeshitai section in the main heavy rainfall area of Yalong River.
