1999年中共中央、国务院发布了《关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》,开始在全国范围内倡导、推进素质教育,使素质教育的观念逐渐被民众所接受,作为素质教育主体的艺术教育也得到了迅速的发展。高师院校音乐教育专业正是为基础音乐教育培养人才,然而经过多年的发展,我国高师音乐教育专业教学中出现了一些问题。文章结合音乐教师的职业素养要求,分析了我国高师音乐教育专业教学中的问题,并提出了一些解决的对策。
In 1999, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council released the Decision on Deepening Educational Reform and Promoting Quality-oriented Education in an All-round Way. They started advocating and promoting quality education throughout the country so that the concept of quality-oriented education was gradually accepted by the public. Art education as the main body of quality education Has also been rapid development. The music education major of normal universities and colleges is precisely for the foundation of music education personnel training, however, after years of development, some problems appeared in our country music education major teaching. Combining with the requirements of music teachers’ professional accomplishments, this paper analyzes the problems in the teaching of music education major in our country and puts forward some countermeasures.
