目的建立黑龙江林蛙油、卵、皮中10种元素的含量测定方法,为黑龙江林蛙药用、保健价值的开发应用提供基础资料。方法采用高压罐消解样品,以钪(Sc)、锗(Ge)和钇(Yt)为内标物质,电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)对黑龙江林蛙油、卵、皮中10种元素进行测定,并用加样回收试验和国家标准物质茶叶(GBW07605)验证方法的准确度。结果 10种元素的定量限在0.04~4.05 mg·L-1之间,线性相关系数0.999 1~0.999 8,加样回收率在86.5%~104.8%之间,茶叶标准物质中各元素的测定值与标示值相吻合。结论该法可用于黑龙江林蛙油、卵、皮中10种元素的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 10 elements in oil, eggs and peels of Rana chensinensis in Heilongjiang Province, and provide the basic information for the development and application of medicinal and health value of Rana chensinensis in Heilongjiang Province. Methods The samples were digested with high pressure autoclave. Sc, Sc, Yt and ICP-MS were used to determine the contents of 10 elements The determination was carried out, and the accuracy of the method was verified by adding the sample recovery test and the national standard material tea (GBW07605). Results The limit of quantitation of the 10 elements was between 0.04 and 4.05 mg · L-1 and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 1 to 0.999 8. The recoveries of the 10 elements ranged from 86.5% to 104.8% Match with the marked value. Conclusion The method can be applied to the determination of 10 elements in oil, eggs and peels of Rana chensinensis.
