1982年6月起,我局先后有8个生产班组和一个行政股开展了QC活动。今年起又开展这一活动的还有5个支局。实践证明,抓全面质量管理就能提高质量。1983年我局21项质量指标完成20项,有7项达到广东省邮电系统先进水平。去年在通信服务质量大检查中,我局由邮电部授给先进集体称号。1979年底,上级派人到我局讲授全面质量管理知识。当时一些领导干部认为这是外国的东西,是工业部门的管理方法,不一定适合邮电部门采用,所以一直没有推开。后来上级强调:企业整顿验
