光敏剂血卟啉衍生物(HPD)可为癌组织吸收,并能在癌组织内潴留较长时间。它与激光配合,可以用来诊断与治疗恶性肿瘤。为了向临床提供安全性资料,我们对HPD(由上海生化所提供)的毒性作了初步研究,现综合报告如下: 一、小鼠LD_(50)的测定 健康雄性小鼠30只,体重18～25g,分成三组。按简化机率单位法求出LD_(50)。实验结果表明:小鼠静脉注射(IV)HPD的LD_(50)为133.9mg/kg(95％可信限124.3～143.5
