不同浓度的莪液对HeLa细胞有不同的毒性。选用合适浓度的莪对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)有直接灭活作用;对入侵细胞内的RSV可能有一定的抑制作用。提示用莪液向呼吸道喷雾治疗呼吸道合胞病毒感染,可能有效。建立了RSV感染的Balb/C小鼠的动物模型,并用莪静脉注射液进行了实验,治疗感染了RSV的Balb/C小鼠。在感染RSV的第5天和第8天,莪治疗组的鼠肺RSV分离率明显低于RSV感染组和葡萄糖对照组,P值分别<0.001和<0.0001,表明莪对感染RSV的动物有体内抑病毒作用。RSV感染组和葡萄糖对照组的鼠肺弹性及颜色改变明显不同于莪治疗组,P值<0.001及<0.003。对鼠肺组织用光学显微镜和电镜病理检查发现,在第5天,感染RSV小鼠的肺血管、毛细支气管区肺泡呈明显水肿和不同程度类症浸润,支气管上皮明显肿胀,可见不同程度的纤毛脱落和局灶性坏死,管腔内的巨噬细胞、多形核白细胞和纤维素形成栓子而致管腔阻塞,管腔内有明显的血小板聚集,肺泡间隔有嗜酸细胞浸润。葡萄糖对照组与RSV感染组的病理改变相同。在第5天,莪治疗组小鼠肺的毛细血管内皮细胞大部分正常,仅少数内皮损伤或形成囊泡,管腔内血小板聚集和淋巴细胞数量明显?
Different concentrations of Curcuma liquid HeLa cells have different toxicity.
