开花期玉米植株经MOC抗旱剂叶面喷施处理后,在干旱条件下减缓了叶水势、叶片SOD活性的下降幅度及MDA和膜透性的增加幅度,在一定程度上阻止了干旱胁迫下活性氧对膜组分中不饱和脂肪酸,尤其是亚麻酸的氧化,从而保护了生物膜系统少受伤害,保证了玉米叶片光合作用的正常进行,增强了玉米的耐旱性。
