对8个玉米综合种的双列杂交分析的结果表明:各杂交组合在各性状上存在显著的遗传差异,其中,单穗粒重和单穗重受加性和非加性两种遗传效应的共同作用,穗行数、行粒数以非加性效应为主,穗长和百粒重则以加性效应为主。8个综合种的单穗产量及其组成因子的GCA(generalcombiningability)差异显著。BS16(CB)C4的单穗粒重GCA最低,LBM、WLS的GCA较高。通过对各杂交组合的单穗粒重及其SCA(Specialcombiningabitity)的分析,对湖北省4个综合种的利用途径进行了讨论。
The results of double row hybridization analysis of eight maize hybrids showed that there were significant genetic differences among the traits in all traits. Among them, grain weight per panicle and single panicle were affected by both additive and non-additive genetic effects Co-operation, the number of rows per ear, the number of rows of non-additive effect-based, spike length and 100-grain weight is mainly additive effect. There was a significant difference in the GCA (general combining ability) between the single panicle yield and its components of the eight comprehensive species. The grain weight per panicle of BS16 (CB) C4 was the lowest, GCA of LBM and WLS was higher. Through analyzing the grain weight per panicle and its SCA (Special Combiningabitity) of each cross combination, the utilization ways of four comprehensive species in Hubei Province were discussed.
