本实验初步测定了王浆中核酸含量为560.37微克/克鲜王浆,其中脱氧核糖核酸为23.51微克/克鲜王浆,核糖核酸为536.86微克/克鲜王浆。仿斯蒂尔(Steele)法从30克王浆中提出了21.1毫克核糖核酸,测定了吸收光谱,最大吸收峰260毫微米;最小吸收峰236毫微米。
The preliminary determination of the royal jelly in the nucleic acid content of 560.37 micrograms / gram of fresh royal jelly, of which deoxyribonucleic acid 23.51 micrograms / gram of fresh royal jelly, ribonucleic acid 536.86 micrograms / gram of fresh royal jelly. The Steele method proposed 21.1 mg of RNA from 30 grams of royal jelly. The absorption spectrum was measured with a maximum absorption of 260 nm and a minimum of 236 nm.
