目的:了解郴州市0~16岁儿童血铅水平,铅中毒率及其相关因素。方法:采用北京博晖创新光电技术股份有限公司生产的BH2100型原子吸收光谱仪,用原子吸收光度法检验郴州市及周围11个县城4 653名儿童的血铅水平,并对其个人情况及家庭生活环境等相关因素进行问卷调查。结果:所检查儿童血铅均值为(143.9±77.16)μg/L,铅中毒的检出率为23.02%,0~2岁儿童血铅水平明显偏低。结论:铅中毒与环境污染、个人的不良卫生习惯及饮食等有关。
Objective: To understand the blood lead level, lead poisoning rate and related factors in 0 ~ 16 years old children in Chenzhou city. Methods: The blood lead levels of 4 653 children in Chenzhou City and its surrounding counties were tested by atomic absorption spectrometry using the BH2100 atomic absorption spectrometer manufactured by Beijing Bohui Innovative Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., and their personal and family life Environment and other related factors in a questionnaire survey. Results: The average blood lead level of the children examined was (143.9 ± 77.16) μg / L, and the detection rate of lead poisoning was 23.02%. The level of blood lead was obviously lower in children aged 0-2 years. Conclusion: Lead poisoning is related to environmental pollution, personal bad hygiene habits and diet.
