试验选出硼酚醛改性环氧树脂无溶剂饰面防火涂料的最优配方,并进行差热分析、差式扫描量热,扫描电镜等测试,对其抗烧、阻燃性能进行研究。结果表明,硼酚醛改性环氧树脂无溶剂饰面防火涂料有4个失重阶段;涂料受火分解会释放出不燃性气体,协助涂料体系形成膨胀发泡结构,泡孔结构均匀完整、具有一定强度;炭化层的外表面结构致密坚实,炭层表面没有明显裂纹,不易被破坏。
The optimum formula of Boron-phenolic modified epoxy resin solvent-free veneer fire-retardant coating was selected and tested by differential thermal analysis, differential scanning calorimetry and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the boron-phenolic modified epoxy resin solvent-free facing fire retardant coating has four weightless phases; the paint is decomposed by fire to release non-flammable gas, which can help the coating system to form an expanded foam structure with uniform and complete cell structure and certain Strength; the outer surface of the carbonized layer is dense and solid structure, there is no obvious crack on the surface of carbon layer, which is not easy to be destroyed.
