配制等氮 (蛋白质含量 41% )和等能量的 (11 2MJ/kg饲料 )的半精制史氏鲟饲料 ,以等量混合的海水鱼油、豆油作为添加的脂肪源 ,设 0、2 %、4%、6 %、8%和 10 %共 6种添加浓度。试验周期为 2 5d。结果显示 :增重率、饲料系数和蛋白质效率以脂肪含量 7 6 %～ 9 6 %的饲料为最佳 ,考虑到饲料成本 ,建议把史氏鲟饲料脂肪的最适量设定在 8%左右 Preparation of nitrogen (41% protein content) and equal energy (11 2MJ / kg feed) semi-refined Amur sturgeon feed, the same amount of mixed marine fish oil, soybean oil as added fat source, set 0,2%, 4 %, 6%, 8% and 10% of a total of 6 kinds of added concentration.
