导游服务质量具有很强的关联性,只有大家都遵守行业规范和职业道德,导游服务质量才能得到保证。本文从导游薪酬结构、行业准入门槛、旅游执法部门监管力度及旅游者消费素养四方面对引起导游服务质量问题的根源进行分析,然后对解决以上问题的途径进行探析。
Tour guide service quality has a strong relevance, only we all abide by the industry norms and professional ethics, tour guide service quality can be guaranteed. This article analyzes the causes of tour guide service quality problems from four aspects: tour guide pay structure, industry access threshold, supervision of tourism law enforcement agencies and tourist literacy, and then analyzes the ways to solve the above problems.
