鞍钢两座150t转炉已经全部采取顶底复合吹炼工艺。生产实践表明,顶底复合吹炼工艺具有明显的冶金效果。由于吹炼平稳,喷溅少,使平均装入量增加6.16t/炉;金属收得率有所提高,钢铁料消耗降低8.4kg/t_钢:铁合金消耗降低0.35kg╱t_钢;副原料及氧气消耗均有所降低;纯吹氧时间和冶炼周期有所缩短;综合生产成本比顶吹工艺降低约2.30¥/t_钢。
Angang two 150t converter have all been top and bottom composite blowing process. Production practice shows that the top and bottom compound blowing process has obvious metallurgical effect.
