近年来,结核病和糖尿病的患病率均呈上升趋势,糖尿病并发肺结核(DMTB)的发生率也随之升高。我院从1995 -0 2～2 0 0 3 -0 8共收治肺结核患者64 3例,其中DMTB 3 8例,本文就3 8例DMTB患者的临床表现及Χ线表现与同期住院的60 5例单纯肺结核(STB)患者作一对比分析。1 资料与方法1
