目前,信息化技术发展迅速,虽然一部分中职教师考绩档案已信息化,但经常是为了应付上级部门布置的新建系统任务而上传资料,中职教师平时的考绩档案仍然使用传统的人工或手动的管理模式,未能为中职教育管理阶层提供精准有效的电子考绩档案。该文就如何提升中职教师考绩档案信息化管理进行分析。
