钩端螺旋体(钩体)生长缓慢,标本一经污染常难于分离成功,特别在传染源调查中,污染更为严重。为此,我们就工作中习用的柯氏(Korthof)及磷酸盐培养基中加入不同剂量氟尿嘧啶(FU)对钩体生长的影响及在鼠类标本分离病原中的应用进行了观察,结果报告如下。材料与方法一、FU:每安瓿10ml装注射液,含FU250mg,上海海普药厂生产,批号880303。二、培养基:柯氏及磷酸盐培基按常法配
Leptospira (Leptospira) growth is slow, often difficult to separate the success of the specimen once contaminated, especially in the investigation of the source of the infection, the pollution is more serious.
