晕厥在生活中是常见的一种突然发生的异常情况。严格说来是一种症状而不是一种疾患。临床上,不少疾病皆可诱发晕厥,尤其在老年人群中,晕厥的发病率在6%。晕厥主要是由于大脑突然短暂性缺血、缺氧导致一时性的意识丧失,常伴有摔倒、面色苍白、恶心、出汗等一系列症状,但片刻后又可自行恢复意识。晕厥与昏迷、癫痫、癔症等是有所区别的,因此不能混为一谈。
Syncope in life is a common anomaly. Strictly speaking, it is a symptom rather than a disorder. Clinically, many diseases can induce syncope, especially in the elderly, the incidence of syncope is 6%. Syncope is mainly due to a sudden transient brain ischemia, hypoxia caused temporary loss of consciousness, often accompanied by falls, pale, nausea, sweating and a series of symptoms, but after a while they can restore consciousness. Syncope and coma, epilepsy, hysteria and so there is a difference, it can not be confused.
