采用高剪切工艺,制备废胶粉改性沥青,分析了胶粉添加量对改性沥青性能的影响。研究了添加增塑剂对改性沥青性能的影响以及不同增塑剂使用量对性能的改性效果。结果表明:随着废胶粉用量的增加,高温粘度和软化点均有提高,加入量20%时低温延度达到峰值。添加增塑剂的胶粉改性沥青较未添加增塑剂的改性沥青具有更好的低温性能。增塑剂的加入增强了废胶粉与沥青的相互作用,废胶粉在沥青中的分散程度得到改善,提高了废胶粉改性沥青的路用性能。
High-shear process was used to prepare the crumb rubber modified asphalt, and the influence of the amount of crumb rubber added on the properties of the modified asphalt was analyzed. The effects of adding plasticizer on the properties of modified asphalt and the effects of different plasticizers on the properties were studied. The results show that the viscosity and softening point at high temperature increase with the increase of the amount of crumb rubber, and the peak of low temperature ductility reaches 20% at 20% loading. The rubber powder modified asphalt with plasticizer has better low temperature performance than the modified asphalt without plasticizer. The addition of plasticizer enhances the interaction between crumb rubber and asphalt, the dispersibility of crumb rubber in asphalt is improved, and the road performance of crumb rubber modified asphalt is improved.
