Objective: To investigate whether changes in the content of essential metal elements in the human body are directly related to hypertension-related diseases. Methods: The contents of Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu and Fe in 569 hypertensive patients and 500 healthy volunteers were detected by BH5100plus five-channel atomic absorption spectrometer. Results: The blood levels of Mg, Zn and Fe in hypertensive patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.01). The contents of Mg, Zn and Fe in the two groups were significantly different The amount of human body and suffering from hypertension have a certain relationship. Conclusion: To control the increase of Zn, Fe and Mg scientifically, pay attention to the balance of Ca / Mg and Cu / Zn ratios in vivo, decrease the Na / K ratio and increase the Cu / Zn ratio. Interdependence between the various elements of the body.
