口腔印模表面有很多细菌,成为义齿修复室细菌污染的主要因素,有必要对印模进行消毒。作者为寻找合适的消毒剂,用110个口腔印模进行试验。用硅有机树脂材料取得的口腔印模,流水冲洗1分钟,浸泡在0.5％次氯酸钠溶液中20分钟,细菌学检查在印模表面可达到完全无菌。再流水冲洗1分钟,随即灌注石膏制成模型,和未经消毒的印模制成的模型相比较,尺寸大小无变化,就是说这种消毒法对印模的质量、尺寸和表面硬度无负性影响。
