目的 :研究药物的电压与离子导入速率的关系。方法 :以盐酸丁卡因为模型药物 ,采用去毛大鼠腹部皮肤和双室扩散池 ,分别测定不同电压下的增渗倍数 (ER)。结果 :增渗倍数对电压的线性回归方程为 :ER =-3× 1 0 - 3+3 .2 0 2V ,r=0 .9979。结论 :增渗倍数与电压成正比
Objective: To study the relationship between drug voltage and iontophoresis rate. Methods: Tetracycline hydrochloride was used as a model drug in abdomen skin and double-chamber diffusion cells of hair-deprived rats. The infiltration multiples (ER) were measured under different voltages. Results: The linear regression equation of multiplication rate to voltage was: ER = -3 × 10-3 + 3.220V, r = 0.9979. Conclusion: The multiplication factor is proportional to the voltage
