目的 :研究当归总多糖 (ASP)及其分离组分对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :选用正常及大剂量泼尼龙(PSL)所致免疫缺陷小鼠 ,观察ASP及其分离组分对补体C3含量、单核吞噬细胞功能、淋巴细胞转化、抗体形成功能及白细胞介素 2分泌功能的影响。结果 :ASP、ASP 1、ASP 3 2 5 0mg kg口服可提高正常小鼠补体C3含量及单核吞噬细胞功能。ASP 2 .0g kg可对抗PSL对细胞及体液免疫功能的抑制 ,体内、体外试验中均可使PSL抑制状态下小鼠脾淋巴细胞IL 2分泌功能改善。结论 :ASP具有广泛免疫调节效应
Objective: To study the effect of Angelica sinensis polysaccharide (ASP) and its isolated components on immune function in mice. METHODS: Normal and large-dose immunosuppressive mice (PSL) were used to observe the content of complement C3, mononuclear phagocyte function, lymphocyte transformation, antibody formation and interleukin 2 secretion in ASP and its isolated fractions. Functional effects. RESULTS: ASP, ASP 1, ASP 3 250 mg/kg orally increased the content of complement C3 and the function of mononuclear phagocytic cells in normal mice. ASP 2.0 g can resist the inhibition of PSL on cellular and humoral immune functions. Both in vitro and in vivo tests can improve IL-2 secretion in splenic lymphocytes of mice with PSL inhibition. Conclusion: ASP has a wide range of immunomodulatory effects
