特重型爆震伤是指以爆炸冲击波为主的多种致伤因素引起的致命性损伤。其病理生理反应和治疗不同于一般严重创伤。本组就1990年至今成功救治的4例，报告如下。临床资料本组男性3例，女性1例，均为年青人。伤因：飞机爆炸致伤2例，炸药爆炸致伤2例。特殊治疗：呼吸器辅助治疗3例
