采用大鼠蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)模型,测定SAH后不同时间基底动脉直径及局部脑血流量变化,并试验性用MK-801治疗,结果发现:SAH后30min基底动脉明显变细,约为注止前的57%,以后逐渐扩大,48h时约为注血前的70%;局部脑血流量的变化与基底动脉变化相似,30min时为注血前的44%,48h时为注血前的57%,提示SAH后出现基底动脉痉挛及其所引起的局部脑血流量的降低.MK—801对基底动脉直径无影响,但却能使脑血流量上升20%~30%,提示SAH后除发生脑内大血管痉挛外,可能还发生微循环血管痉挛.MK-801虽不能缓解大的痉挛血管,但对微血管循环有改善作用.
Subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) model was used to measure the change of basilar artery diameter and local cerebral blood flow at different time after SAH. The experimental group was treated with MK-801. The results showed that the basilar artery became thinner 30 min after SAH, 57% before the injection, and then gradually expanded, about 48h when the pre-injection of about 70%; changes in regional cerebral blood flow and basilar artery changes similar to 30min before injection of 44%, 48h when the injection of blood Pre-57%, prompted SAH after the emergence of basilar artery spasm and the resulting decrease in regional cerebral blood flow. MK-801 has no effect on the diameter of basilar artery, but it can increase cerebral blood flow by 20% ~ 30%, suggesting that in addition to cerebral vasospasm after SAH, microcirculation vasospasm may occur. Although MK-801 can not relieve the spasm of large blood vessels, it can improve the microvascular circulation.
