笔者自1990年7月至1999年7月联合应用α_1型干扰素、马洛替酯和汉丹冲剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化24例。疗效满意,现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 24例患者中,男17例,女7例,年龄25岁～63岁,平均年龄46.6岁。病程3年～24年。均有慢性乙型肝炎病史。诊断符合病毒性肝纤维化诊断标准~(〔1〕)。均有病理活检证实。临床与病理不一致者,不列入治疗范围。
The author from July 1990 to July 1999 co-application of α 1 interferon, Maloti ester and Han Dan granules in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis in 24 cases. Satisfactory results, the report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 24 patients, 17 males and 7 females, aged 25 years to 63 years, with an average age of 46.6 years. Course of 3 years to 24 years. Have a history of chronic hepatitis B. Diagnosis consistent with the diagnostic criteria of viral liver fibrosis ~ (〔1〕〕. All biopsy confirmed. Clinical and pathological inconsistencies, not included in the scope of treatment.
