利用主持特级教师工作室跨区带徒的契机,笔者对多所学校教师的专业成长状况进行了调查,发现不少取得“高级教师”职称或获得学科带头人等荣誉称号的一线教师,其专业成长处于停滞甚至相对后退现象。造成这种现象的原因是多方面的,但最直接的因素是,这些教师虽然仍在一线,虽然还在认真地教课,但普遍缺乏持续的学习,特别是专业阅读缺乏成为这些“荣誉后”教师进一步发展的一个瓶颈。
