Half-life time (t1 / 2) is the most important and basic general parameter in pharmacokinetics. It is often used to indicate the effective concentration of drug in blood to maintain the length of time. To clarify the half-life of the relevant issues, not only theoretical significance, but also to guide clinical rational drug use will be helpful. Antibacterials are widely used in clinical practice, if you do not pay attention to the half-life of drugs, can cause treatment failure (treatment delay, bacterial resistance) or drug accumulation poisoning. In this paper, the half-life of antibacterial drugs, an overview of its clinical significance of the drug.
