通过研究脲醛树脂/竹粉复合材料的流变性能,解决了模压生产过程中流动性不足的问题。选取复合材料中的竹粉目数、热熔胶粉用量、试验温度和施加在复合材料上的压力为正交试验的试验因素。确定优选的工艺参数为:竹粉目数80目、热熔胶粉用量6%、温度145℃、压力30 MPa。复合材料优化试验的测定结果为:剪切速率231.85 s-1,表观黏度793 Pa?s,非牛顿指数0.15,黏流活化能420.40 kJ/mol。
By studying the rheological properties of urea-formaldehyde resin / bamboo powder composites, the problem of insufficient fluidity in the molding process has been solved. The number of bamboo powder in the composite material, the amount of hot-melt adhesive powder, the test temperature and the pressure applied on the composite material are the test factors of the orthogonal test. Determine the preferred process parameters: the number of bamboo powder 80 mesh, the amount of hot melt powder 6%, temperature 145 ℃, pressure 30 MPa. The results of composite optimization test showed that the shear rate was 231.85 s-1, the apparent viscosity was 793 Pa · s, the non-Newtonian index was 0.15, and the activation energy of the viscous flow was 420.40 kJ / mol.
