在反贪案件的侦破中,把初查工作做好做细是突破案件的基础。本文试分析对反贪案件线索来源不同的案件所应采用的不同处理手段,提出初查工作中要重点把握与运用的三个方面,以及四点工作建议:拓宽线索来源渠道;拓展线索信息容量;建立健全反贪信息情报系统;培养反贪干警的发散型思维。 In the detection of anti-corruption cases, the preliminary investigation to do a good job is to break through the case basis. This paper tries to analyze the different handling methods that should be adopted in cases of different sources of anti-corruption cases, put forward three aspects that should be focused on the initial inspection work, and four suggestions: broaden the sources of clues and expand the clues of information capacity ; Establish and improve anti-corruption information and information system; and train divergent thinking on anti-corruption officers and police officers.
