感染仍然是创伤患者的常见并发症,引起创伤感染的病原体以细菌为主,而细菌中耐药菌株的不断出现,使传统的检测手段难以发挥令人满意的作用。生物芯片技术的广泛应用为解决这一难题带来了希望。在众多的生物芯片技术领域里,PQC DNA传感器因在细菌基因诊断方面具有其他检测手段不可比拟的独特优势而倍受人们青睐。现就该方法在创伤感染细菌基因诊断中的应用进行综述。
Infection is still a common complication in patients with traumatic wounds. Bacteria are the main pathogens that cause traumatic infections. However, the emergence of resistant strains in bacteria makes the traditional detection methods difficult to play a satisfactory role. The wide application of biochip technology has brought hope to solve this problem. In many fields of biochip technology, PQC DNA sensors are highly favored for their unique advantages in bacterial gene diagnosis that are unmatched by other assays. Now this method in traumatic infection bacterial gene diagnosis are reviewed.
