残氧分析是一种广泛用来分析判别燃烧过程好坏的分析方法。新一代氧自动分析控制仪是利用二氧化锆氧传感器来测量工业燃烧过程中的剩余氧含量、分析燃烧过程质量的微机化设备,通过一系列调节控制使整个燃烧过程达到最佳状态。本文阐述了残氧分析方法及其在工业锅炉、硫酸焙烧炉、工业窑炉等耗氧燃烧过程中的应用以及氧自动分析控制仪的工作原理,并对残氧分析及氧自动分析控制仪的实际应用情况作了介绍。
Residual oxygen analysis is a widely used analytical method to analyze the quality of a combustion process.
