在政府推进大众创业、万众创新的宏观政策背景下，以“创客”和“互联网+”为代表的创新创业活动发展迅速。高校科技人才聚集，前沿知识密集，担负着培养创新创业与高素质人才的历史重任，应该顺应形势，大力开展创新创业教育。在此过程中，采取针对性的措施，提高农村生源大学生的创新创业素质需要给予更多的关注。通过构建内涵模型，分析总结现状，提出农村生源大学生创新创业素质的培养与提升途径，即设立全覆盖分阶段的创新创业校内指导体系、鼓励农村生源大学生积极参与创新创业实践活动以及加强农村生源大学生创新创业心理素质的培育。,AbstractBased on the macro policy background of the govment’s promotion, the mass innovation and entrepreneurship activities with Maker and Intet Plus as a representative has been developed rapidly. Universities gathered a lot of scientific & technological talents and concentrated a large number of forefront knowledge, should adapt to the situation to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education vigorously, because it bears the historical responsibility of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship talent with high-quality. In the process, improving the innovation and entrepreneurship quality of college students from rural areas need to be given more attention and taken appropriate measures. Through the connotation model’s building and status quo’s analysis and summary, some approaches of cultivating and improving innovation and entrepreneurship quality of college students from rural areas were put forward, such as establish the full coverage and all phases school guidance system, encourage the college students from rural areas actively participate in innovation and entrepreneurship practice, as well as the strengthening and fostering of the psychological quality.
