【目的】优选补肾益智方有效部位的提取工艺。【方法】以有效部位得率、二苯乙烯苷和蛇床子素含量为工艺优选指标,采用层次分析法分析各指标权重;以加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,针对优选指标的综合评分,通过正交试验优选补肾益智方有效部位的提取工艺。【结果】优选的补肾益智方提取工艺为:加药材8倍量的纯水,煎煮3次,每次1.5 h。经验证,优选工艺的综合评分高于正交设计试验结果。【结论】优选的提取工艺可行,可为补肾益智方的制备工艺提供实验依据。
【Objective】 To optimize the extraction process of Bushen Yizhi Prescription. 【Method】 With the effective site yield, stilbene glycoside and osthole content as process optimization indexes, the analytic hierarchy process was used to analyze the weight of each index. The factors such as water addition, extraction time and number of extraction were investigated, Grading, through orthogonal test optimization Bushen Yizhi Fang effective parts of the extraction process. 【Result】 The optimal extraction process of Bushen Yizhi decoction was as follows: 8 times the amount of pure water of medicinal materials, boiling 3 times, 1.5 h each. It has been verified that the comprehensive score of the preferred process is higher than that of the orthogonal design test. 【Conclusion】 The optimal extraction process is feasible, which can provide experimental basis for the preparation process of Bushen Yizhi Fang.
