我国正严重面临着人口老龄化速度加剧,家庭结构改变,老无所养等一系列问题。用怎样的养老模式来应对这一现象成为一大课题。作为险企,由于其保险资金稳定、长期的特殊性,如何发挥其资金上的特殊优势,寻求更多元化地投资渠道进入该领域值得我们关注和探索。本文从养老地产的概念出发,结合国内外针对养老地产所不同的发展路线,对险企布局养老地产的战略进行分析和研究,并对今后我国持续发展养老地产给出相应的建议。
Our country is seriously facing a series of problems such as the aging of the population, changes in family structure and lack of support. With what kind of pension model to deal with this phenomenon has become a major issue. As an insurance company, due to its stable and long-term insurance funds, how to exert its special advantages on capital, seeking more diversified investment channels to enter this field deserves our attention and exploration. In this paper, starting from the concept of pension real estate, combined with the different development routes for pension property both at home and abroad, the paper analyzes and studies the strategy of insurance premiums distribution for pension real estate, and gives corresponding suggestions for the sustainable development of pension land in our country in the future.
