用麻醉大鼠冠状动脉前降支结扎造成急性心肌梗塞模型,观察了解氧毒复合酶对心肌梗塞的作用。解氧毒复合酶2.50 mol/kg、1.25 ml/kg于冠状结扎前iv,显著降低结扎后5h的心肌梗塞范围,并使血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)和LDH活性明显降低,保护心肌SOD活性,降低MDA含量,减轻心肌组织形态的病理改变。提示解氧毒复合酶对实验性心肌梗塞具有明显的保护作用,这种作用可能与其抗心肌脂质过氧化有关。
