固体火箭发动机在常规兵器中的应用正日益广泛。随着对兵器战术技术性能要求的不断提高(例:射程的增大、飞行速度的加快……),迫使喉衬材料的工作时间越来越长,承受的热、力负荷越来越大。作为喉衬的耐高温材料(大多是脆性材料),在工作中常出现开裂、破碎,引起发动机突然熄火、穿火或爆炸,这成了发动机设计中的关键问题之一。它对兵器使用的可靠性已提出了严峻的挑战。
The application of solid rocket motors to conventional weapons is becoming more widespread. With the continuous improvement of technical performance requirements of weapons and tactics (for example, the increase of the range and the acceleration of the flying speed ...), the working hours of the lining materials are forced to be longer and longer, and the loads of heat and force are more and more large. As a throat lining of high temperature materials (mostly brittle materials), often appear in the work of cracking, crushing, causing the engine suddenly turn off, wear a fire or explosion, which became one of the key issues in engine design. It has posed a serious challenge to the reliability of the use of weapons.
