在中国,大黄作为药用已有几千年的历史,早在战国时代《山海经》里已有大黄的记载。在传统医药学中,大黄历来有其突出的重要地位,它与人参、生地、附子一起被医者称之为“四大金刚”。自古以来大黄以单方或复方应用于治疗内、外、妇、儿、五官等各科疾病,因而形成了适应临床需要的多种制剂。到了现代,大黄得到更为广泛的应用,发展了许多单味大黄或含有大黄的中药制剂,在中医用药中占了相当的比重。本文试就大黄制剂的发展作一简要回顾与展望。一、大黄的古代制剂古代中医著作中及民间
In China, rhubarb has been used as a medicinal herb for thousands of years. As early as the Warring States period, the “Shan Hai Jing” has been recorded in rhubarb. In traditional medicine, rhubarb has always had its prominent and important status. It has been referred to by doctors as the “Four Diamonds” together with ginseng, habitat and aconite. Since ancient times, rhubarb has been applied unilaterally or in combination to treat various diseases such as internal, external, gynecological, pediatric, and facial features. As a result, it has formed a variety of preparations that meet clinical needs. In modern times, rhubarb has been more widely used, and many traditional Chinese medicine preparations containing rhubarb or rhubarb have been developed, which account for a considerable proportion in Chinese medicine.
