青少年正处于道德观形成的关键时期,环境对青少年的道德成长有着非常重要的影响。在青少年道德教育环境中,“代”环境是一个不能被忽视的环境纬度。道德教育从代际伦理的角度看,是一个上一代对下一代进行道德示范与传递和下一代对上一代进行道德反哺的互动过程。因此,青少年道德教育是在“代”环境下进行的。然而,“代”环境的不良因素必然会导致青少年在道德教育中与上一代产生“代沟”,所以优化“代”环境,使青少年进行有效的道德继承并最终形成自己的道德观。
Young people are at a crucial stage in the development of moral values. The environment has a very important influence on the moral growth of young people. In the environment of young people’s moral education, the “generation” environment is an environmental latitude that cannot be ignored. Moral education is viewed from the perspective of intergenerational ethics. It is an interactive process in which the previous generation conducts moral demonstration and transmission for the next generation and the next generation conducts moral feedback on the previous generation. Therefore, adolescent moral education is conducted in a “generation” environment. However, bad factors in the “generation” environment will inevitably lead to a generation gap between young people and the previous generation. Therefore, the “generational” environment is optimized so that young people can effectively inherit morality and eventually form their own moral values.
