序言测定有机物中磷和硫元素的分析方法有几种:如重量法、比色法、容量法等经典方法。近来,也报导了仪器分析方法,如利用沉淀反应的间接原子吸收法。该法是通过溶解磷钼酸盐沉淀后测定钼含量,计算磷含量;硫元素的分析是通过测定硫酸钡沉淀上清液中过量钡的含量,再计算出硫含量。上述方法由于使用氧化亚氮-乙炔火焰,因此不便推广。本文主要研究在空气-乙炔火焰中,利用钙原子化学干扰效应的间接原子吸收法,进行有机磷和硫化合物中磷,硫元素的定量分析。
Preamble Determination of phosphorus and sulfur in organic matter analysis of several methods: such as gravimetric method, colorimetry, volumetric method and other classic methods. Recently, instrumental analysis methods have also been reported, such as indirect atomic absorption using precipitation reactions. The method measures the content of molybdenum by dissolving the precipitate of molybdophosphate and calculating the content of phosphorus. The elemental sulfur is determined by measuring the content of excessive barium in the supernatant of barium sulfate and calculating the content of sulfur. The above method due to the use of nitrous oxide - acetylene flame, so inconvenient to promote. In this paper, we mainly study the quantitative analysis of phosphorus and sulfur in organic phosphorus and sulfur compounds in the air-acetylene flame by indirect atomic absorption spectrometry using the chemical interference of calcium atoms.
